- Recovery Court participants must be at least 18 years of age
- Participants must have a chemical dependence or mental health suggested diagnosis
- Must have a current charge in Knox County*
- Must enter voluntarily and be willing to fully participate in this intensive 15 to 18 month program
- Must not have a past or present felony conviction of a violent nature
*NOTE: participants have transferred from other jurisdictions and states. Admissions for transfers are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
